Technical/Installation Support Request

Technical support and installation assistance will be provided to all customers that have purchased products directly from Advanced Keys. When submitting a request for support, please include the following information:
  • Product model and date of purchase
  • Identity of make, model and year of the vehicle that the product is being installed in
  • A detailed description of the issues or questions with pictures or drawn illustrations if possible
  • A detailed description of any troubleshooting steps you have already performed
Online Support
Please visit "Installation Help" section of our Online Support Forums and look for the particular installation issue you are having that has been addressed previously. If you were unable find the issue then please register and post your problem, our technician will attempt to respond to you within 24 hours. This is the preferred method of support so we can continue to build our knowledge-base.

Email Support
If you were unable find a solution to your problem or if the specific problem you are having is shipping/payment or did not answered through our Online Support Forums, then please feel free to email your problem to us and our technician will respond within 24 hours.

Product installation manuals are available for download in the each product "Details and Manuals" section of the Products Page.

Return Policy

Advanced Keys offers a Limited One Year Warranty with 30-day Money Back Guarantee for any, and only, products purchased directly from Advanced Keys. **(All international order made outside of USA and Canada are not refundable)** Request for warranty and return shall meet all the criteria stated in this policy and is subject to validation by Advanced Keys’ internal review before a full/partial refund or replacement product will be granted to the customer.

Return Policy (Refunds or Repairs)
Within first 30-day of the purchase if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or your product did not function properly, please follow the steps below to return your product for repair or for a refund:
  • Send an email to request a RMA number and return address for either a refund or a repair
  • Package all items and hardware (wires, harnesses, switches, etc.) into an appropriate package for shipping
  • If sending your product for repair, include your return address in the package before sealing the package
  • Write your RMA number on the outside of the package before shipping
  • Return the package to Advanced Keys
Refund Processing
Full refunds minus shipping and handling charges will be issued via original payment method within 48 hours of receiving the returned product for:
  • Full Refund - Unopened product or opened but not installed/tested/used.
  • Partial Refund - 25% Restock charge apply if system has been installed/tested/used.

Warranty Claim Policy

Warranty applies to all Advanced Keys' products within the first year of the purchase date, the Technical/Installation Support Request method must be utilized prior to qualifying as a warranty claim.

Acceptable Warranty Claims
  • Any product purchased directly from Advanced Keys that has been properly installed and is no longer
    functioning as intended by the manufacturer.
  • Any product properly installed on a vehicle listed in the compatible vehicles (excluding Beta Test vehicles)
    section on the "Products" page of our website
Unacceptable Warranty Claims
  • Any product NOT purchased directly from Advanced Keys
  • Any product NOT purchased by the person submitting the claim
  • Any product that has been tampered/modified or is believed to have been so
  • Any product that has been intentionally destroyed or is believed to have been damaged during installation
  • Any product is belived to have been damaged after installation by impact, water and/or fire
If an issue with the product cannot be resolved with reasonable technical competency; a warranty claim can be submitted.
To submit a warranty claim, please email us and include the following infomation:
  • Transaction Number (if available)
  • Purchaser's Name
  • Address
  • Phone Number
  • Product Model
  • Date of Purchase
  • Detailed description of the issue with your product
Shipping Time and Lost Shipment Claims
We will do our best to ensure your order is prepared and delivered to the shipping carrier in a timely manner and we ask our customers to wait for 2 or more days before contact us for tracking reference. (Tracking available only for item value exceeds $100)

Advanced Keys does not provide reimbursement or refund on shipping cost and not held responsible for delayed shipment directly or indirectly due to supplier or carrier issues.

If a shipment does not arrive at destination or become lost:
  • An investigation will be launched through Shipping Carrier and please allow 30-days for US/CAN shipments and 90-days for international shipments.
  • If the investigation shown the shipping carrier was at fault, Advanced Keys will pursuit shipping insurance through the carrier. An equivalent value reimbursement product will be shipped to you at no additional cost to the customer.
  • If the investigation shown the shipping carrier was not at fault and shipment was delivered (with or without signature proof) we will reimburse up to 75% of the shipment cost.

All warranties are granted at the discretion of Advanced Keys. Advanced Keys retains the right to decline warranty coverage for any product at any time.
