- Advanced Keys offers a limited warranty on all products sold
from the date of purchase. Warranties last for 1 year when installed
by a professional equipment installer. Proof of the installation
is necessary in order to take advantage of this warranty. Please
see you're the device manual for more specific warranty information.
- Support can be found via our website forums or email address.
- We will do our best to provide an upfront estimate of the shipping
costs, however when your order is placed we will provide an exact
cost for shipping. Shipping can be done by express (next business
day) for most North American shipments, and one week outside of
North America.
- Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us so if your
product is defective we will cover the cost of shipping. However
if you have installed the product yourself or damaged the product
in someway then you are responsible for shipping costs.
- We currently use PayPal to accept all payments. COD is not available.
Cheques by mail are subjected to a 5 day hold and must be cleared
before device can be shipped.
